Production may take up to 14 business days from the date payment is received.

Cancellation & Custom-Made Jewelry
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 2010:
Regulation 6(a) of the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 2010 states:
“The provisions of these Regulations shall not apply to goods manufactured especially for the consumer following the transaction.”
All jewelry offered on this website is handcrafted and made to order.
I do not work with ready-made stock, and each piece is individually created upon order according to the selected size, material, and personal details agreed upon.
Accordingly, these items are considered goods manufactured especially for the consumer, and therefore the right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Regulations does not apply.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, appropriate remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
ביטול עסקה ותכשיטים בהזמנה אישית
בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ״א–1981, וכן ל־תקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), תשע״א–20
בתקנה 6(א) לתקנות ביטול עסקה נקבע
“הוראות תקנות אלה לא יחולו על טובין שיוצרו במיוחד בעבור הצרכן בעקבות העסקה
כל התכשיטים באתר מיוצרים בעבודת יד ובהזמנה אישית עבור כל לקוחה, בהתאם למידה, לחומר ולפרטים שנבחרו או תואמו באופן אישי. איני עובדת עם מלאי מוכן מראש, וכל פריט נוצר במיוחד לאחר ביצוע ההזמנה
לפיכך, ובהתאם להוראות הדין, תכשיטים אלו נחשבים טובין שיוצרו במיוחד עבור הצרכן, ועל כן לא חלה עליהם זכות ביטול עסקה בהתאם לתקנות ביטול עסקה
עם זאת, במקרה של פגם ייצור, יינתן מענה בהתאם להוראות החוק
