Complimentary sizing adjustments are available within 7 days of receiving your jewelry, after this period, any further modifications will be subject to an additional fee.
I offer a 3 months warranty from the date your jewelry is received, covering manufacturing defects only.
this warranty includes problems such as faulty soldering, broken clasps or connectors under normal use, or structural defects in the material.
If you notice an issue related to craftsmanship or a production fault, please contact me and I will be happy to assist.
This warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, including scratches, the natural color change of sterling silver, breakage caused by impact or dropping, or damage resulting from contact with water, chemicals, perfume, lotions, or improper care.
As each piece is handcrafted and made especially for you, I provide personal guidance throughout the process to ensure your jewelry is created with care and completed to the highest standard.
If adjustments are needed for sizing or comfort, changes can be made free of charge within the first 30 days from receiving your order.
It’s important to us that your piece feels perfect on you - in fit, comfort, and overall feel.
After the first 30 days, any further adjustments will be made for an additional fee.
Return & Exchange Policy -
Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and made to order, Through personal communication, every design is tailored to your preferences and sizing.
Because each piece — including items from the capsule collections — is created especially for you, all jewelry is considered custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged.
However, as everything is made personally for you, I provide guidance throughout the process, and if any adjustments or changes are needed, they will be made as necessary to ensure the piece is exactly as you imagined.
